This year, I’m hosting an Easter dinner. Newbie holiday meal-maker here, and I’m very excited!
Here’s the {ham-and-lamb-free} menu:
- Grilled Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms
- Twice Baked Potatoes {w/ vegetarian bacon on top!}
- Baked Artichokes
- Spinach and Roasted Cauliflower Salad
- Carrot Cake

Sounds delicious! We’re having artichokes, too! But I’m roasting them with garlic, olive oil, and lemon. Yum!
Sounds amazing! I’m secretly terrified of making artichokes. I love them, but they look like alien pods and thus, I have no idea what to do with them.
